The Brexit trigger that changed the world
Our British Defence Secretary John Healey keeps up the Labour government’s war-on-China schtick with a “we’re ready to fight” battle-cry that was widely mocked.
Aside from coming on like a mouse that roared being a national embarrassment, trying to provoke a serious military conflict while our economy implodes makes no sense. Do they want World War III? What have 1.4 billion Chinese ever done to harm us?
On the contrary, the damage we’ve done to China and the wealth we extracted in the Opium Wars and under colonialism is a heinous act that the establishment wishes to forget. There’s good reason that it’s never taught in schools. We might die of shame.
Was Britain always this aggressive and desperate for war with China? How did it get this bad after so much promise in the 21st century?
Britain cooks the China Golden Goose
Britain had scored a victory in Beijing in 2010, ushering in a “golden age” collaboration that was mutually beneficial & peaceful, uniting the Eurasia landmass in Belt and Road trade.
What followed was a concerted effort by a declining America to stop the prosperous stabilisation of Europe and Asia at all costs after the disastrous US crash, and stifle the emergence of BRICS. The results have been tragic and avoidable.
So what went wrong? And why do Europe and America now want conflict with China, coming on like a Berserker raiding party?
In the video, I run through the triggering event that changed the world and propelled us down a road to disaster.
